Our Scotch breast of lamb cut is packed with flavour. Whilst carrying slightly more fat than some other cuts, this cut makes some delicious and devouring homemade casseroles and stews.
We recommend the breast of lamb is slowly cooked to enable the fats to slowly melt and create delicious flavours.
