Our steak range is sourced and supplied by a superior quality producer from the north of Scotland. The Black Gold range is known for its quality of product, which is why we carefully sourced them. Matured for 28 days minimum, the black gold range is exceptional and is the same selection of steaks that are offered on the menu at the Savoy and sold in Harrods food hall.
This cut is naturally marbled, allowing the fat to keep the steak tender during the process of cooking. Resulting in a juicy and flavoursome experience.
